Why Should We Care??
We should care about segregation because people say that history can repeat itself and if we repeat segregation the whole world could fall into another crisis. Segregation does not just deal with whites and blacks in slavery, but it can also lead to dealing with young kids in schools or people joining gangs not liking each other because one thinks that they are better than the other. It's also important that we care because discrimination and segregation are part of our past in the United States, and we need to learn that it happened and how it happened so it won't happen again.
